Gaza and the West Bank agree on the start of winter time on Friday morning 09.21.2012
Announced that the Palestinian government in the Gaza Strip, headed by Ismail Haniyeh winter start time of one hour on Friday morning.
The government said in a statement issued after a meeting Tuesday evening that the "winter time work will begin on the morning of Friday, September 21 / September 2012 the clock is delayed 60 minutes back."

أعلنت الحكومة الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة برئاسة إسماعيل هنية عن العمل بالتوقيت الشتوي بدء من الساعة الواحدة صباح يوم الجمعة المقبل.
وقالت الحكومة في بيان أصدرته عقب اجتماعها مساء اليوم الثلاثاء إن"العمل بالتوقيت الشتوي سيبدأ صباح يوم الجمعة 21 أيلول/ سبتمبر 2012 ليتم تأخير عقارب الساعة 60 دقيقة إلى الوراء".
وكانت حكومة رام الله أعلنت صباح اليوم عن بدء العمل بالتوقيت
