Paraguay and Uruguay will end Summer Time (DST) on March 8, 2009.

USA, Canada, Bahamas, Bermuda will start DST on March 8, 2009.

Argentina, Chile will end Summer Time (DST) on March 15, 2009.

Cuba will start Summer Time (DST) on March 15, 2009.

Europe and Russia will start Summer Time (DST) on March 29, 2009.

The Samoa government may implement DST on the first Sunday of October 2009.
